"Encanto"
tells the story of the extraordinary Madrigal family, who live in an enchanted, living house. With magic and humour, it gives the extended Colombian family special gifts - from healing powers and super strength to visions of the future. Only little Mirabel does not receive any magical powers at her ceremony. Her grandmother is very worried about this and asks her son Bruno to take a look into the family's future. Nobody learns of his terrible vision because Bruno disappears without a trace. Years later, Mirabel discovers that the miracle of the Encanto is in danger. Is she to blame? Or can the only ordinary Madrigal, of all people, save her extraordinary family and the magic?
