The big news Peppa is a curious little pig girl who lives with her parents and her little brother Schorsch in a house on a hill. This time there's a big surprise for the whole family. The sibling course Peppa and Schorsch attend a sibling course in which Mrs Mümmel explains everything about their future sibling. While they learn how to calm crying baby dolls, mum and dad are preparing for the birth. Patchwork blanket Peppa and mum Wutz discover a patchwork blanket from grandma Wutz in the attic and decide to sew a similar blanket for the new baby. They look for pieces of fabric with special memories and work on them late into the night. The new baby While the parents go to hospital, Peppa and Schorsch stay with Grandma and Grandpa Wutz and listen to stories about Mama Wutz's birth. After several publicity calls, Papa Wutz announces the birth of a baby girl, which causes great joy. Baby names Peppa and Schorsch visit the hospital to meet their new baby sister. Peppa suggests many names until she is inspired by a photo of her great-aunt Evie and convinces everyone that Evie is the perfect name.
